Catherine Davidson is a Mediator practicing in Australia and internationally and is Listed in Who’s Who Legal 2021 as a Leading Mediator in Australia. Catherine believes conflict can be constructive. As a mediator, she builds people’s capacity to engage with each other and resolve their dispute. She enables them to make decisions that are practical, commercial, personal and creative.
ABOUT CATHERINE
Catherine specialises in commercial and workplace disputes. She is a member of several International and National Mediation Panels.
She has mediated over eight hundred commercial and employment disputes including court referred cases.
She is a former lawyer – commercial litigation – practising in London and Sydney.
Catherine has a passion for education and is a mediation and negotiation Trainer in the public and private sectors in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. She is also a Trainer for the Australian Disputes Centre and the Resolution Institute. She is a Sessional Lecturer teaching negotiation in the Exec and Adv MBA Programmes University of Technology Sydney.
Catherine is also an experienced Facilitator, facilitating senior leadership meetings, workshops and strategic planning sessions in the public and private sectors across a diverse range of industries.
She is committed to strengthening both the individual and organisation’s ability to:
