Victress is for women with a mindset for success.

We aren’t about quick ‘meet and greet’ networking. We’re about enhancing skills and fostering authentic, lasting relationships. We achieve this by providing access to expert business speakers selected to meet input from our members and by facilitating group and one-on-one discussions about business issues and challenges. Examples of the topics our speakers will present on include:

• Maximising the effectiveness of individuals and teams; and
• How to formulate an effective business development strategy (marketing and sales).

Victress is a community based on trust and respect amongst members, creating an environment that lends itself to the referral of business amongst members without any pressure or referral obligations.

We anticipate that our members will live and/or work in the Macarthur region; however, this is not a membership requirement. They will represent a cross-section of the diverse business environment in which Victress Connection is based, including C-suite executives, senior and middle-level managers, business owners, employed ‘rising stars’ and sole-traders.
